Vicki Kong is a Lead Medicines Optimisation Pharmacist at NHS North East London with experience in both hospital and primary care settings. She serves as the Clinical Lead for Population Health Management in Havering and the Clinical Lead for Digital within NHS NEL. Vicki has led the rollout of East London Patient Record (London Care Record) connectivity to community pharmacies and is committed to improving access and integration across primary care. She currently supports proactive care initiatives, the development of integrated neighbourhood models, and oversees the Health Inequalities
