With over 30 years’ leadership and management experience, including 18 years in healthcare, Tracy specialises in supporting general practices and PCNs with regulatory compliance, governance, and operational improvement. Tracy is the creator and founder of CQCFIT, a diagnostic CQC audit tool designed specifically for primary care, and she supports practices through mock inspections, targeted training, webinars, and tailored 1:1 CQC support, including registrations and variations. A CQC Specialist Advisor since 2014 and a GP Development Adviser with the RCGP delivering programmes on behalf of NHSE.
