Speaker Faculty

Tracy has been a Primary Care Manager since 2003 working in GP Practices and for Primary Care Networks. She has also worked as a healthcare manager in community care and the voluntary sector. Tracy is the Practice Business Manager for Cleckheaton Group Practice in West Yorkshire and a freelance primary care management consultant. She is Chair of the PMA Members Council and cofounder of Locum Practice Manager supporting a community of managers seeking portfolio careers. Tracy also delivers training in all aspects of primary care. Her main areas of interest are workforce development, collaborative working, optimising the use of IT systems, improving efficiencies and streamlining work processes. Tracy is a trustee for the Calderdale Carers Project and Inspiring the Future volunteer and an advocate for the support and care of our military veterans.
