Tash is the Digital Transformation Manager for Brookside Group Practice/Earley+ PCN. Brookside is a 30,000 patient practice with 4 sites and an autonomous PCN. The Practice is forward thinking, digitally innovative and are often early adopters of new IT solutions. Tash has worked in the practice for over 4 years doing various roles but has been the Digital Transformation Manager for just over a year. Some of the projects she has lead on include; setting up a non-clinician triage process, moving to Anima online consultation software and the use of a Patient Health Teams Model.
