Tanya Stacey

With a background in psychology, Tanya has been working in primary care in South West London for around 10 years. As part of her role as the Head of Primary Care Transformation, she is currently the Programme Manager for PAC and, in conjunction with the rest of the programme team, is responsible for leading the roll out and mobilisation of the PAC model across the London boroughs of Kingston and Richmond.
