Stephen has been with Healthwatch Kingston since the summer of 2017. He has 23 years’ health and social care experience working in the public, private and voluntary sectors. As part of this role in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Stephen Chairs a range groups that include: the All Age Learning Disability Partnership Board (with people living with learning disabilities), the Mental Health and Wellbeing Group and, for the London Safeguarding Adults Board, the London Safeguarding Voices and Annual Conference Work Group. He is a Non-Executive Director on the Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association Board (where he is Chair of the Resident Voices Group and serves as a member on the Operations Committee). He is also Director of his company Nudge Associates Limited. Stephen worked for six years as a National Support Team Delivery Manager for the Department of Health. He was Chief Executive of the UK Coalition of People Living with HIV and AIDS. He is Chair of his local Residents Association and a passionate community gardener, recently becoming custodian of a plot at Fitzroy Park Allotments.
