Sophie Sulehria is a women’s health journalist, podcaster and event host specialising in fertility, menopause and reproductive health. With over 20 years’ experience across broadcast, live events and digital media, she is known for translating complex medical, workplace and policy issues into accessible, human conversations. Sophie is Content Director and host of The Fertility Show, the Women in Work Summit and Menopause Mandate - the National Campaign Group. She produces and presents multiple podcasts and webinar series exploring fertility, menopause and women’s health through expert insight and lived experience. She regularly hosts panels, keynotes and fireside discussions at national and international events, including this year at The World Economic Forum in Davos. Informed by both professional expertise and personal experience of endometriosis, infertility and early menopause, her work focuses on improving understanding, reducing stigma and amplifying women’s voices in health and healthcare.
