Shilpa McQuillan
Clinical Lead and Director,
Berkshire Menopause Clinic
I am the Founder and Director of Berkshire Menopause Clinic, Clinical Lead for Berkshire West NHS Community Gynaecology, and a practising Women’s Health GP.
With dual training in gynaecology and general practice, I bridge primary and secondary care, providing a uniquely integrated approach and delivering high-quality, evidence-based care across the full spectrum of women’s health.
Alongside clinical practice, I am deeply committed to education and advocacy. I serve on the British Menopause Society Advisory Council, teach healthcare professionals, workplaces, and schools, and lead workshops in underserved communities. I also write as the resident women’s health columnist for the Henley Standard and Henley Life, and contribute as a national speaker and media voice.
My approach is professional yet supportive — combining evidence-based medicine with clear, accessible education to empower women with accurate information and confidence in their health.
