Sharmin is a GP and Joint Health Inequalities Lead for East One Primary Care Network in Barking and Dagenham, where she has spent over three years driving community led change to improve access and outcomes. An Imperial College London graduate and former local resident, she blends clinical expertise with a genuine connection to the people she serves. As a young parent and passionate advocate for equity, she champions primary care that listens, adapts, and removes barriers for underserved communities.
