Shaheen Hussain is the Primary Care Network Manager for Bradford City 5 PCN. Bradford City 5 PCN consists of 10 practices and cares for 54000 patients. She is also the Practice Manager and non-clinical partner for The Bradford Moor Practice and the Business Manager for the Community Partnership. Shaheen is passionate about improving patient care across the Bradford region and to achieve this he is working in collaboration with Local Voluntary Services within the city of Bradford.
