Clinical Lead Teen Clinic Daventry , Abbey House Medical Practice
After a BA in languages, Dr Tudor did her medical training Cardiff, qualifying in 2000. She worked in South Wales and Bristol pursuing a career in Paediatrics, then General Practice and has been a GP for 16 years with a special interest in safeguarding, and children and young people's health. A GP partner in Daventry for the past 12 years in a busy training practice, she is Clinical Lead for Teen Clinic Daventry, an integrated pilot project providing physical, mental and sexual health support for young people in Daventry. She enjoys fun with her family, living in the country, fresh air, and several pets! Fellow presenter Gemma Muscutt worked at St Andrews a mental health hospital in Northampton for 10yrs with adult females with borderline personality disorder and then moved to work with Service Six charity as a Youth Specialist wanting to help to make a difference at an earlier age. Gemma works with young people to manage their emotions and advises on positive coping techniques. She has a key role in the Teen Clinic, which includes outreach work with young people in Daventry. She enjoys time with her cat, growing vegetables and colourful glasses.
