Sarah has 22 years' experience as a General Practice Nurse (GPN), her current role is General Practice Nurse Strategic Lead, Devon Integrated Care System (ICS). Ensuring delivery of the Devon GPN Strategy, demonstrating visible nurse leadership and senior support for Practice Nursing and its ongoing development as a profession across Devon ICS. Working with System partners to drive forward programmes that promote high quality education and leadership, support recruitment and retention and deliver better patient outcomes. Sarah is a Queens Nurse and RCN GPN Forum committee member.
