Sajid is an expert healthcare management consultant across both the public and private sectors. He brings years of experience of leading, managing and delivering high profile, high value and complex whole system transformations within multiple large NHS Acute Trusts, CCG's, PCNs and other health related bodies. Sajid has a strong portfolio of projects, programme and project management experience, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate & empower people within any organisation. He has Implemented many facets of Quality Improvement to deliver change within transactional services in healthcare. Sajid is able to combine Lean & service improvement techniques, to deliver practical, tangible results and achieve real change by mobilising client organisations and translating insight into action within a collaborative approach.
