Rich is a senior leader in Optum UK’s Solution Development team, integrating Optum solutions with key partners to deliver greater value and meet evolving customer needs. He leads Neighbourhood working, aligning products to work seamlessly to support collaborative care, improve efficiency, and eliminate duplication across settings. With nearly 25 years in healthcare technology, Rich combines a deep understanding of customer priorities with practical insight to shape solutions that improve outcomes. He is passionate about tackling the sector’s most pressing challenges and reducing the burden on healthcare professionals, championing innovation that enhances existing products while bringing new capabilities to market. Most recently, Rich played a pivotal role on behalf of Optum in the Manchester Neighbourhood Working simulation, translating its learnings into clear pathways for healthcare transformation and effective multi‑disciplinary team coordination.
