Dr Rebecca Whitnall is a GP with over 20 years’ experience working in Primary Care in Lambeth, passionate about education, transformation, innovation and collaboration. She has held senior education and workforce leadership roles across South East London, including Programme Director for GP training at Kings, Appraiser at NHSE, Co-Chair of the Lambeth Together Training Hub, Clinical Lead in the SEL Workforce Development Hub: Primary Care Support Team and membership of the ICB People’s Board. Her work spans system leadership, change management, workforce development and cross-sector collaboration, with a particular passion for supporting practice leaders to drive meaningful change in their organisations.
