Dr. Raza Toosy is a current Clinical Digital Lead, INT Chair and Clinical Director in Sutton PCN. He is a General Practitioner with 22 years of clinical experience and a strong background in information technology. After qualifying as a GP, he earned a Master's Degree in IT with Distinction—a conversion course for professional IT developers. He spent 15 years as a software developer within the EMIS Partner Programme. Dr. Toosy is dedicated to improving how clinicians access and view data to simplify their workflows and enhance patient care. He is currently focusing on managing patient-identifiable data at scale to support Integrated Neighbourhood Teams through risk stratification with Sutton PCN and also South West London BI Data Team.
