Puja Nathwani

Prescribing Infrastructure Lead Pharmacist/Primary Care Delivery Manager, SWL ICB/Brent ICP
Puja Nathwani is an accomplished advanced clinical pharmacist who qualified from the University of Reading in 2013 and has recently completed a Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice at King’s College London. She currently works as a Prescribing Infrastructure Lead Pharmacist, and Primary Care Delivery Manager for Brent Integrated Care Partnership (ICP), alongside her role as a Honorary Clinical Lecturer at the University of Reading. Puja brings a diverse clinical background across community pharmacy, private practice, and general practice, with contributions to national organisations including the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS), NHS England and higher education institutions. Her current work focuses on training and education, population health improvement and reducing health inequalities, particularly through innovative workforce development and service redesign. She leads initiatives to expand and upskill pharmacists through diabetes fellowships, enabling them to deliver neighbourhood-based clinics that improve access, continuity of care, and outcomes for people living with diabetes. Puja is deeply committed to advancing patient care through integrated, equitable, and sustainable healthcare models.
