Minesh has been a GP partner Moatfield Surgery for 25 years. In clinical practice, he has led on team and role development to meet the needs of people with long-term needs, taking a more population-based approach to care in the context of today’s general practice. He introduced Omron Hypertension Plus into the practice to enable people to manage their own hypertension with clinical support. He has also led on developing the first community diagnostic pathways (breathlessness) in Sussex in collaboration with the local radiology department. He works with the NAPC supporting places to develop their own population health care approach..
