Max is committed to driving meaningful change in NHS Primary Care, focusing on the inefficiencies and underused technologies that limit patient access and place unnecessary strain on clinicians and systems. Motivated by a belief that technology should make life better for humans, Max has a background in scaling a leading primary care digital transformation consultancy before joining X-on Health. Max applies his expertise in designing and aligning systems with a human‑first mindset. He plays a central role in developing and deploying the Intelligent Care Navigation System, aimed at resolving core capacity and workflow challenges in primary care by embedding integrated, intuitive pathways that support better patient outcomes.
