Lucy Walsh is Care Coordinator for East One Primary Care Network, working on the front line of health inequality and women’s health. Lucy has led award-winning initiatives, including an HSJ-recognised award, challenging systems that fail people and insisting on better access, dignity, and outcomes. Lucy is a vocal advocate within LGBTQIA+ communities and works to remove barriers and improve access for neurodiverse people across health and community settings. Also, founder of Ripple Works, Lucy connects grassroots organisations and CIC's with corporate partners to drive meaningful, practical change. Fiercely committed to social justice, women and girls health education, and legal rights, she is not afraid to ask difficult questions, have uncomfortable conversations, or stand up for those whose voices are too often ignored.
