Liz is currently a primary care lead for SW Hants and virtual ward lead. She has a particular interest in anaphylaxis and young people. Her PhD is looking at self-management of young people with food allergy at risk of anaphylaxis. She was a previous chair of the British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology primary care group and a recent chair of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology primary care working group. She was on the recent MHRA expert committee on adrenaline devices and has also been involved with the NICE quality standards on anaphylaxis and the EAACI guidelines on anaphylaxis representing primary care. She is committed to improving the care of patients with allergy in the community and across the health system.
