Lian is Performance Lead for Brownlow Health Group within the central Liverpool primary care network. Brownlow consists of four practices across the city holding 70% of the network patient population. Lian is non-clinical lead for refugee and asylum and forms part of the multi-disciplinary team that established the dedicated clinic in 2022. Lian & the team work closely with local councils, housing associations, home office representatives, charitable organisations and commissioning bodies to ensure this cohort of patients receive the correct level of patient care, assessment and referral, given a safe environment and guidance into NHS systems.
