Leanne is a Adult Registered Nurse with over a decades experience within General Practice Nursing. Formally GPN Lead for a 18 surgeried multi-contracted organisation, Leanne has recently embarked on her role within the Royal College of Nursing as Lead Nuse for Independent Health and Social Care [IHSC]. She is passionate about informing change and social norms associated within the IHSC sectors, and champions challenging the cultural shift required to shine a spotlight on the unsung hero's of the sectors. "A change is needed to sustain and protect our proactive workforce. I relish the opportunity to work with our members to promote the wonderful work done in the IHSC, drive change and push for that cultural shift."
