Lance Curran is a qualified psychotherapist and NHS Care Coordinator based in London. Alongside his NHS role, he runs a private practice and is the founder of Help for Hospitality UK, a low-cost therapy initiative supporting people working in the hospitality industry. Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality himself, Lance is passionate about accessibility, early intervention, and meeting people where they are. His work extends into pop-up's, therapy projects and community-based initiatives, with a strong commitment to women’s equality and social justice. He brings a thoughtful, human, and real-world understanding to everything he creates.
