Khateja embarked on her career as a pharmacist more than 20 years ago. Three years ago, Khateja took on a pivotal role by assuming leadership at the Croydon Training Hub, a position that allowed her to contribute significantly to workforce development in the largest borough of Southwest London (SWL). In this role, she has been instrumental in shaping the professional growth of healthcare practitioners, ensuring that they are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
As an Education Supervisor, she has played a vital role in supporting pharmacy professionals working in general practice. Her guidance and mentorship have been crucial in enhancing the capabilities of these professionals and fostering an environment of continuous improvement in patient care.
She has a master's degree from the prestigious Elisabeth Garrett Anderson Programme on Healthcare Leadership. This program is renowned for producing leaders who have a profound impact on healthcare systems, and Khateja's participation underscores her commitment to not only being an excellent pharmacist but also a leader in healthcare.
