Jo is the head of Primary Care Operations at BetterLetter. She has used her years of experience working in general practice to inform her role. Jo was a Practice Manager with over 7 years’ experience working in primary care, with a special interest in how primary care data is accessed and used. She is very keen on practices using data to support their practice population. Jo has represented her locality at IT steering and working groups and been part of many new initiatives. Prior to working in the NHS Jo worked in Information and Technology in local government.
