As a Senior Manager within NHS England, Jason works as part of the Nursing Directorate in the Professional & System Leadership Team. This team facilitates a portfolio of work that supports nurses across the NHS System. Jason currently leads several projects and programs that support Primary Care Nursing and engagement with the next generation of Nursing workforce. Projects include the development of a digital supervision platform and implementation of Video Group Clinics. Before joining the team, Jason has led and been part of many NHS change programs including maternity, medical innovation, community nursing, and designing new care models. He remains clinically active through his role as a Community First Responder for the North East Ambulance Service
