Fiona butler is a GP and Clinical Director of Brompton Health PCN and is Chair of West London GP Federation (LMA) supporting thriving general practice and primary care . As well as a strong provider interest she has a background in commissioning as ex Clinical Commissioning Group Chair in west London , and for many years she has led on local integrated care strategies and development of services for health and wellbeing out of a hospital setting delivering change and improvement fn service for patients
