A highly motivated GP and PCN Clinical Director with a passion for improving patient care through innovations in technology and clinical pathways, as well as through the empowerment and development of staff. Faris has demonstrated progress in the quality of care delivered at Practice and PCN level. St Wulfstan Surgery was rated Number 1 in England for patient satisfaction for practices >10000 patients in 2023 and Warwickshire East PCN has demonstrated innovations in patient care and the co-development of new, patient centric pathways. Faris also works with Health Technology companies to identify and develop their offer in the healthcare space.
