Dr Faris Al-Ramadani is an award-winning GP Partner, digital health leader, and keynote speaker dedicated to transforming healthcare for the benefit of patients, professionals, and communities. With extensive frontline and strategic experience across the NHS, he specialises in organisational and service development, delivering patient-centred, integrated, and technologically enabled models of care. He is the creator of a Primary Care Digital Accelerator Programme, working closely with innovators to support the effective adoption, iteration, and scaling of digital solutions within primary care. As a Partner at St Wulfstan Surgery, Dr Al-Ramadani has led the practice to national recognition, including winning HSJ Primary & Community Care Provider of the Year in both 2024 and 2025. The surgery has also achieved the joint highest patient satisfaction rating in England for practices serving more than 10,000 patients in 2025. He was also awarded Runner-Up as Best Leader in Clinical Care at the Leaders in Health Awards 2025.
