Lead Nurse/Nurse Manager, The Snaith and Rawcliffe Medicical Group
I qualified as a registered Nurse in 2000 and went on to achieve my BSc Specialist Practitioner GPN qualification in 2003.I undertook a Non-Medical Prescriber programme in 2020. I have worked in my Practice for 20 years and became Nurse Team Manager 3 years ago. As a training practice, and being very passionate about the Practice Nurse role, I implemented a Student Nurse training package in 2015 and we have been welcoming student nurses on placement to us since then. Lorraine and I then decided to embark on Clinical Supervision training and having completed this, we have rolled out our programme to our PCN of Nurses and HCA. We are here today to talk about this.
