Dan is a GP at Twyford Surgery in Berkshire, Chief Clinical Information Officer for Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West (BOB) ICB, and National Clinical Advisor for PHM at NHS England   Dan’s work focuses on using PHM methodology to draw meaningful insight from data, developing transformative approaches that lead to proactive, integrated care. He is instrumental in helping design large-scale system transformation projects and longer-term strategies to create the governance and data infrastructure that enable this cultural change within systems. His work supports clinicians, managers and analysts across health, social care, and the voluntary sector, to work better together in supporting their population and addressing inequalities.
