I am passionate about harnessing digital innovation in NHS Primary Care to benefit both practices and their patients. With a background as a Practice Manager and over a decade within NHS Primary Care, I understand the real-world pressures of balancing daily operational demands with the need to drive improvement. In 2024, I founded Perfect Your Practices to equip GP practices with practical, accessible support through online courses, tailored consultancy, and digital tools, including our widely used National & Local Returns Calendars. Today, I work independently and with LPM to support practices across the country, both in person and remotely, helping teams enhance their digital presence, streamline processes, and strengthen patient engagement.
