Antoinette joined CQC in November 2015 as an inspector, then an inspection manager and has been in the role of Deputy Director of Operations since January 2023. Before regulation, Antoinette spent over 16 years working in various operational and governance positions within the health and care industry. Antoinette is dedicated to continuously enhancing the quality of care services and driving positive change in the health and social care sector. She firmly believes in fostering collaborative relationships between regulators, providers, and stakeholders to achieve a sustainable and inclusive health and care system that prioritises the well-being and dignity of every individual.
