Dr Anoushka Luthra is a GP and the Associate Medical Director for Primary Care at MSEFT. Anoushka has 15 years of experience in NHS management and her current role is dedicated to developing closer working relationships between primary and secondary care. She proactively brings together key partners to agree ways of working which avoid conflict and confusion, helping to provide more cohesive pathways for patients. Her work on Med3s and Discharge summaries has been cited in the AoMRC Working Better Together report.
