Alan Hall is GTM Lead at Anima Health, where he leads the go-to-market strategy driving platform adoption across 600+ NHS GP practices serving over 4 million patients. Alan has a key focus on enabling digital transformation, specialising in helping practices, PCNs and Federations navigate the change management challenges that determine whether technology delivers real value. Before joining Anima, Alan held roles centred on digital transformation, developing expertise in bridging the gap between innovative technology and practical implementation. He understands that the hardest part of transformation isn't the software - it's helping teams embrace new ways of working while maintaining the quality of care patients expect. Alan works closely with GP practices, PCNs, and ICBs to ensure adoption translates into measurable outcomes: faster response times, cleared backlogs, and reduced staff burden. He is passionate about demonstrating that AI-powered healthcare technology can be both safe and transformative when introduced with proper change management support, giving practices the synthetic capacity they need to meet rising demand without burning out their teams.
