TORTUS is building an AI interface for clinicians - an intelligent assistant working with the clinician and completing EHR tasks including documenting consultations, generating referral letters, summarising medical records and placing orders, prescriptions and appointments. The aim is to reduce the non-productive computer time clinicians currently spend from 60% to 15%, doubling their patient time, while at the same time preserving and improving data quality and entry into clinical systems.
