Established in 2014, Local Primary Care is the Federation for all General Practices in Blackburn with Darwen. It supports and empowers practices, PCNs, and patients by enhancing services, workforce, and leadership. Prioritising personalised healthcare, continuity of care, and collaboration, it upholds values of Caring, Excellence, Ethical behaviour, Transparency, and Trust.
