For Women product contains very well researched strains Lactobacillus reuteri RC-14® &  Lactobacillus rhamnosus GR-1. These strains colonise primarily in the vaginal tract, more so than in the intestines and they have over 30 years of scientific evidence behind them and have been clinically trialled by over 2,500 women who found them to be helpful in managing the symptoms of thrush, cystitis and bacterial vaginosis (BV), as well as preventing their re-occurrence.

This can be taken as a short course during an active infection – 2 capsules per day for 7 days or until symptom-free or take 1-2 capsules per day as a preventative.
