The Patient View on Abtrace's Proactive Monitoring Tool shows a summary of actions (ex. blood tests, measurements) that a selected patient needs. These are colour coded according to due date. Hovering with the cursor displays related information. Ticking the action box, or writing in measurements will input this information into the health record.The HCP can also send direct messages, either by email or text, to the patient using this view.
