Menopause and perimenopause: when simple doesn't work

26 Feb 2026
Menopause Theatre

Join me for a case-based session: Menopause and Perimenopause: When Simple Doesn't Work. We will dive into practical, relatable cases straight from everyday clinics; looking at the women who need more than the basics, where one pump of oestrogen gel just is not enough. l will share approaches and strategies you can take straight back to your own clinic, troubleshoot common challenges, bust myths, and explore ways to help women feel heard, supported, and genuinely well cared for.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Approach the 'less simple' perimenopause and menopause cases with greater confidence
  • Recognise when “basic” HRT isn’t enough and consider next steps
  • Use practical strategies, including approaches, for all rounded whole health approach
  • Communicate effectively with women, providing clarity and validation
  • Take away manageable, clinic-ready ideas for supporting women in your own clinics
