Cardiometabolic diseases remain amongst the most common group of conditions in the UK and globally, driving significant morbidity and mortality in the population. Whilst lifestyle improvement is advised first line for this group of conditions, clinicians lack clear guidance and support on how to help patients to prevent or manage cardiometabolic disease, despite these being largely avoidable and predominantly driven by our lifestyles.
