Putting the Common Sense back into Clinical Supervision - Supporting multi-professional Educators in Primary Care

29 Feb 2024
Business Services Hub

Learners in primary care do not currently receive equitable forms of support and supervision; this can be profession dependent, with often variable requirements for supervision roles particularly relating to supervision of clinicians recruited through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme.
The NHSE WTE Primary Care Directorate in Yorkshire and Humber is working together to devise a unified approach to clinical and educational supervision training which fulfils the needs of both GPs and other clinicians working in a primary care setting.

Speakers
Matthew Cain, Primary Care Educator - NHS England Yorkshire and Humber
Marie Therese Massey, Associate Dean - NHS England Yorkshire and Humber
Chloe Culpin, Primary Care Educator - NHS England Yorkshire and Humber
