Panel Discussion: harnessing group clinics to deliver recovery, integration and improved access

28 Feb 2024
Keynote/ PCN Transformation Theatre

Primary care leaders agree that the new model for management of long-term conditions should include group clinics (shared medical appointments). This way of delivering care has been growing in popularity since 2017. Offering both efficiency and quality gains for primary care and patients, group clinics are potentially a powerful tool to support recovery, improve access and outcomes. This panel discussion explores the evidence and shares how ICBs, PCNs and practices are using group clinics to increase access, reduce waiting times, integrate care and improve quality. Highly interactive, you will leave this session buzzing with ideas and wanting to embed group clinics!
